Mumbai: Reality show The 50 concluded with Shiv Thakare emerging as the winner, but the finale has sparked debate among viewers over the tactics used during the last task. Actress Ridhi Dogra has now spoken out, expressing her dissatisfaction with contestants attempting to distract Mr Faisu during his performance.
Taking to social media, Ridhi congratulated Shiv on his victory, celebrating his journey and calling his win well deserved. At the same time, she addressed the controversy surrounding the finale, stating that the distractions directed at Mr Faisu were unfair and disappointing.
She acknowledged that while the show operated without strict rules, she personally did not agree with the approach taken by some contestants and even tried to intervene during the task. Ridhi added that audience reactions to the incident were justified.
Despite the controversy, she praised Mr Faisu for his performance and conduct, describing him as a talented and genuine individual. She also extended her support and encouragement for his future endeavors.
