Sangam Theatre Group stages impactful Dogri play “Badalde Rishtein Da Sach”  

Jammu, 24-04-2026:  Sangam Theatre Group, Reasi, presented a thought-provoking Dogri play titled “Badalde Rishtein da Sach” at Studio Natraj Natya Kunj, Jammu, under the Repertory Production Guru Shishya Parampara Scheme of the Ministry of Culture.The play, written by noted theatre personality Kumar A Bharti and directed by M. Akram Khan with assistance from Mohit Singh Chib, was staged to much appreciation from the audience. Kumar A Bharti also graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

The storyline revolves around the evolving dynamics between a father and son, portraying a family drama that spans three generations. It highlights generational differences that often lead to misunderstandings and emotional conflicts, while also reflecting the deeper values of relationships. The play beautifully intertwines domestic themes with a tribute to the valour and legacy of warriors from the Duggar region, offering a blend of emotional depth and cultural pride.

The performance featured a talented ensemble cast including Janak Khajuria, Pardeep Sharma, Raja Aamir Khan, Kumari Sheetal, Dharminder Rathore, Ankit Sharma, Sheakh Zia Rashid, Disha Bhagat, Raja Sohail Khan, and Saksham Chib. Each artist delivered a sincere and compelling performance, bringing authenticity and life to their respective roles.The audience highly appreciated the play and applauded the efforts of the Sangam Theatre Group for presenting such a meaningful and engaging production, showcasing the richness of Dogri theatre and storytelling.
