Jammu, 27 January 2026: BJP Jammu & Kashmir President and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Sat Sharma, CA, along with Media Incharge Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, senior leaders Thakur Narain Singh and Jeet Angral, and Co-Convenor of BJP Sanskriti, Art & Culture Cell Sahil Mahajan today released a patriotic video song titled “Phulkari” at the BJP headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
The video song, sung by renowned singer Raahull Kumar, is a soulful tribute to the supreme sacrifice made by Indian soldiers who put the nation above personal happiness. The song narrates the emotional journey of a soldier who sacrifices his family, love, and personal dreams to serve the nation at the borders, reflecting the true spirit of patriotism and duty. Music has been composed by Raahull Kumar, with Karan Menia as Mix Master. The lyrics are penned by Deep, while the video is directed by Ankush. Ravi Bhatti and Shweta Manhas feature as lead models. Makeup was done by Muskan (Ramgarh), with special thanks to Dr. V. Kaith (Kaith Music Factory) and Birendra Kumar (Veer) for their support.
Addressing the media, Sat Sharma said that Phulkari is not just a song, but a heartfelt tribute to our brave soldiers who stand guard at our borders while the nation sleeps in peace. It powerfully depicts the emotional sacrifices made by our jawans, who often leave behind their families and loved ones for the sake of the motherland. Such creative efforts help strengthen national consciousness and remind especially the younger generation of the true cost of our freedom and security. He lauded the entire creative team for presenting patriotism in such an emotionally engaging manner.
Dr. Pardeep Mahotra said that this video song is a meaningful initiative that blends art, culture, and nationalism. He said that through ‘Phulkari’, the pain, pride, and sacrifice of a soldier’s life have been beautifully portrayed. BJP has always encouraged cultural expressions that promote national unity, patriotism, and respect for our armed forces, he added.
