JAMMU, FEBRUARY 14: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs, Information Technology, Youth Services and Sports, and Science and Technology, Satish Sharma today extended his heartfelt greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri.
