Jammu (Sunderbani):- Shiv Sena (UBT) and Sainik Samaj Party organized Jan Choupal today in Sunderbani to listen to the grievances of the people and to express their aspirations, vow of fulfillment of their demands
Today “Jan Chopal” was organized at Dak Bungalow, Sunderbani,in the presence of several top party leaders including Shiv Sena state chief Manish Sahni and Sainik Samaj Party President Colonel S S Pathania, A large number of ex-servicemen and aware citizens of Sunderbani town and neighbouring areas, participated in the event with great enthusiasm and spirit and brought out very relevant issues pertaining to Development of area and welfare of people. Sailent points brought out included, the establishment of ECHS Polyclinic for veterans and their families for a dependency of 6000 members, construction of community hall and Shaihdi smarak, the deplorable state of electricity supply and maintenance of roads and drainage system, etc .
In a democracy, people have the strongest voice to project their problems to elected government and seek the redressal to their grievances. On this occasion General Secretary Vikas Bakshi, Vice President Balwant Singh, Subhash Sharma, Col. R S Latval, Col. K L Sharma, Lt. Col Yashpal Sharma, Captain Daulat Ram, Captain Gurnam, Captain Puran Singh, Capt Swarn Singh, Sarpanch Mohan, Om Prakash, Kishori Lal Sharma, Rakesh Sudan, Yashpal and many local people were present.
