In Leh, advocate Tashi Gyaltson was unanimously elected as Chief Executive Councillor and Chairman of the 6th Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Leh general council. Earlier, the newly elected Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Leh councilors have taken the oath of allegiance.
LAHDC Leh CEO Deputy Commissioner Sachin Kumar Vaishya, Leh SSP Rajiv Pandey, Munsif judge Mr Cheemat Stobgyal, DLSA chairperson Spalzes Angmo present at the oath ceremony. Ladakh MP Jamyang Tsering Namgyal, BJP senior leaders Arun Singh and Ashok Kaul, and representatives of all religious organizations were also present at the oath ceremony.
