Srinagar, Dec 7: Flight operations at Srinagar International Airport were disrupted on Saturday morning as IndiGo Airlines continued to face operational issues, leading to multiple cancellations and delays.
An airport official said that by 0900 hours, 38 flight movements 19 arrivals and 19 departures were scheduled for the day. Of these, IndiGo was operating 20 movements, comprising 10 arrivals and 10 departures.
However, the airline cancelled four of its flights, including two arrivals and two departures. “No cancellations have been reported from any other airline,” the official confirmed.
In addition to the cancellations, two more IndiGo flights one arrival and one departure were delayed due to operational adjustments.
Airport authorities have advised passengers to remain in contact with their respective airlines for updated flight schedules and real-time travel information.
