Washington, July 1: US President Donald Trump made his first official journey aboard the newly modified Boeing 747 gifted by Qatar, marking a significant moment in American presidential aviation while reigniting political and ethical debates in Washington.
The aircraft, previously operated by the Qatari royal family, departed on Wednesday carrying President Trump to North Dakota for celebrations linked to the upcoming 250th anniversary of American independence. The White House described the aircraft as a temporary presidential platform until the next generation of Air Force One aircraft becomes operational.
