Jammu: On 17-11-2020, a police party of PP Pouni Chak while on patrolling duty found that owners of New B.N Stone Crusher and JK Stone Crusher along with some persons started illegal mining work on both stone crushers which were already seized.
On these two different cases, FIR No.330/2020 U/s 420/120-B/379/188/201/166-A IPC and FIR No.331/2020 U/s 420/120-B/379/188/201/166-A IPC got registered against the accused namely 01. Chain Singh s/o Kashmir Singh R/o Thather 02. Smt. Naiza Akhtar W/o Mohd. Farooq R/o Thather 03. Smt. Neeraj W/o Amar Singh R/o H.No 17/5 Nanak Nagar Jammu and 1.Virender Gupta S/o Banarsi Dass Gupta R/o F/41 Talab Tillo Jammu 02.Sunny S/o Ram Rattan R/o Pouni chak 03. Shamsher Singh S/o Kartar Chand R/o Raipur Jagir 04. Sham Kumar S/o Som Nath R/o Udhampur 05. Jwala mukhi S/o Kamal R/O U.P A/P Nardani 06.Romesh Kumar S/o Chaman Lal R/o Durga Nagar 07. Sanjay Jamwal S/o Lal Dass R/o Talab Tillo Jammu 08. Kewal Kumar S/o Bishan Dass R/o pargwal 09. Tarseem Lal S/o Mangi Ram R/o Khanpur 10. Ajay Kumar S/o Krishan lal R/o Sarora Tehsil Marh Jammu. 11. Gopal Dass S/o Faqeer Chand R/o Muradpur Kothey Tehsil, Distt Jammu respectively.
After this, a police team of P/S Domana supervised by SDPO Domana Dy.SP Kousheen Koul and led by SHO P/S Domana Insp. Chanchal Singh assisted by SI Rohit Bhagat seized 3 Dumpers and 2 JCB from the spot. Further investigation of the case is going on
