UP Govt to Set Up ₹8,000 Crore Integrated Logistics Hub in Greater Noida

Bodaki Logistics Hub to Anchor Uttar Pradesh’s Role in India’s Supply Chain and Industrial Growth Under National Logistics Policy

Uttar Pradesh, Oct 29 : Uttar Pradesh is accelerating its transformation into a global manufacturing and logistics hub with the approval of the ₹8,000 crore Integrated Industrial Township and Logistics Hub at Bodaki, Greater Noida.

The mega project, part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and the Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL) framework, marks a major milestone in India’s logistics modernization under the National Logistics Policy (NLP) and the Viksit Bharat @2047 vision for a developed India.

Spread across 800 acres, the Bodaki Logistics Hub will serve as a strategic node in India’s multimodal transport network  integrating rail, road, and freight systems to enhance connectivity, reduce transit costs, and improve supply chain efficiency.

The facility will include container terminals, warehousing complexes, and direct connectivity to the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC), enabling seamless cargo movement between industrial centers and ports across western India.

A senior official said the project aligns state and national priorities, positioning Uttar Pradesh as a vital player in India’s logistics revolution. “The logistics hub will act as a national enabler for faster cargo movement, improved trade efficiency, and enhanced industrial competitiveness,” the official noted.

In addition to the Bodaki hub, a second ₹1,200 crore logistics park is also being developed in Dadri, further solidifying the region’s emergence as a logistics and industrial powerhouse. Together, these projects are expected to create large scale employment opportunities, attract global and domestic investors, and contribute to India’s USD 7 trillion economy target by 2035.

According to Prerna Singh, CEO, Greater Noida Authority, “The logistics hub and park will revolutionize cargo movement across Delhi-NCR. With world class infrastructure, Greater Noida will emerge as India’s leading logistics and industrial destination, driving growth and investment.”

The Bodaki and Dadri initiatives represent a defining leap toward making Uttar Pradesh the logistics heart of India, supporting the country’s broader goals of economic growth, infrastructure modernization, and industrial self-reliance.
