Internal democracy core of BJP’s internal functioning: Kavinder

JAMMU, AUG 3: It is the result of deeply embedded internal democracy in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) that any ordinary person can rise to the highest post in the world’s largest democracy. The appointment of Droupadi Murmu as the President of India or even our Prime Minister Narendra Modi having reached the most significant office of governance bear testimony to the fact that BJP follows democracy in true letter and spirit even within the party.”
This was observed by the senior BJP leader and former Dy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta while addressing a Mahila Morcha Training Camp (Mahila Morcha Zila Prashikshan Shivir) of district Jammu today.
Kavinder said that it is the beauty of the Indian Democracy that Droupadi Murmu who began her journey as an ordinary employee followed by becoming a Councillor finally rose to the position of the Constitutional head of the nation. Similarly Narendra Modi rose from an ordinary Chai Walla to the post of Prime Minister of India. He said that inspired by these two great personalities and the internal democracy in BJP every grassroots level worker or activist can make it to the highest offices of the nation by traversing the journey with due diligence and relentless efforts in the service of the common people of the nation.
Kavinder Gupta elaborated on the Party’s plans for the qualitative progress of the party through its significant Mahila Morcha wing which is functioning with due diligence in different areas and sections of the society. He said that the entire Mahila Morcha cadre must act in unison for strengthening the organizational structure right from the grassroots level to the top.
The former Dy CM minutely explained the role of every individual Morcha member and the Morcha’s modus operandi towards achieving the desired results. He said that Prime Minister, Narendra Modi is concentrating on every segment of society for their empowerment and asked Mahila Morchas to contribute to the vision of New India by making the people aware about the same.
Highlighting the achievements of Modi led Govt, Kavinder asked the Mahila Morcha unit to work with more dedication to strengthen the party at the grass-root level. He said that this government’s maximum policies are meant for upliftment and empowerment of women so women should work wholeheartedly in taking these policies to the common masses so that they are benefitted and also to counter the propaganda of the opposition parties.
