Veteran Actor Dharmendra Discharged From Hospital, To Continue Recovery At Home
Family opts for home care as 89 year old actor recovers under medical supervision
Mumbai, Nov 12: Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra was discharged from Breach Candy Hospital in south Mumbai on Wednesday morning after his family decided to continue his treatment at home, a doctor attending to him confirmed.
The 89 year old actor, who was admitted a few days ago for unspecified medical tests, was released early in the morning.
“Dharmendra ji was discharged around 7:30 am. The family has chosen home treatment, and he will continue to receive medical care under our supervision,” said Dr. Pratit Samdani, the physician overseeing his treatment at Breach Candy Hospital.
While neither the hospital nor the family disclosed details about his health condition, sources close to the family indicated that he is stable and recovering well at home.
Fans across the country have expressed relief and extended their wishes for the actor’s speedy recovery.
