Jammu, Nov 26- Congress has fully supported the agitating Kashmiri migrant and Jammu employees serving in the valley and asked the government to fulfill all their genuine demands, without delay.
In an official handout, the party extended full support to the agitating employees and termed their demands as quite genuine in view of the deteriorated security situation in the valley in recent times. The centre government and the LG administration has totally failed to address their issues and their genuine apprehensions of great risk to their lives and find an appropriate mechanism for their safety rather than adopting coercive methods against them, a party spokesman said.
The ruling BJP has utterly failed in its duty to ensure the safety and security of the minorities in Kashmir who have been victims of targeted killings in the past over one year. The BJP has failed to come to the expectations of the minorities and other innocents in Kashmir and failed to seek a fair policy towards these employees rather more selected candidates are being forced to join in different remote and sensitive districts of Kashmir despite the prevailing security situation in the valley.
