JAMMU, MAR 6: Dr. Parneesh Mahajan, Convener Department of Training Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir, while slamming the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Chief and former J&K Chief Minister for her obnoxious remarks, asserted that today there is a dire need to take stringent action against the people who are involved in anti national activities.
It is pertinent to mention here that Mehbooba Mufti had stated “In the name of fighting militancy, govt employees are dismissed arbitrarily and houses attached without giving the families any chance to avail the due legal course. This is collective punishment for innocent families & upends their lives.”
The senior BJP leader in a statement issued to media here today said that it seems that the leaders of the political parties who ruled the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir stand totally exposed before the public by supporting those involved in illegal activities especially by getting involved directly or indirectly with terrorism and sedition. He said that it is because of the support of PDP and NC that antinational and terrorist activities assumed huge dimensions which the nation continues to face even today.
Dr Parneesh said that having lost the political space on ground Mehbooba’s venomous and irrelevant outbursts reflect her utter frustration and nothing else. He asked Mehbooba to answer as to why she is not speaking for those who lost their lives in terror attacks and that why she always takes anti India stand on each and every issue. He said that it is really an irony of the nation that during the over seven decades rule of NC, PDP and Congress the rulers only tried to appease a particular constituency and overtly or covertly supported the antinational forces working at the behest of their patrons from across the borders.
Dr Parneesh Mahajan asserted that the incumbent Govt under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership stands committed to teach the antinational elements especially those having been involved in promoting and facilitating terrorism. He said that such people should be ashamed of having misused their positions in governance. Not only such treacherous people deserve strictest punishment but those who come out in their support like Mehbooba Mufti should also be booked under law and sent behind the bars, he added.
