Jammu, Oct 9: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has carried out a major reshuffle in the police administration, ordering the transfer and posting of 7 IPS officers and 14 JKPS officers.
The move comes as part of routine administrative adjustments aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring effective policing across the Union Territory. The reshuffle involves key positions in various districts and units, reflecting the government’s focus on strengthening law enforcement and administrative oversight.
Details of the officers transferred, their new postings, and additional responsibilities are expected to be communicated through official orders issued by the Home Department, J&K.
