Mumbai, Jan 18 : Bollywood’s beloved couple, Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa, have officially revealed the name of their newborn daughter. On Sunday, the actors shared a heartwarming Instagram post introducing their little princess, Parvati Paul Rao, capturing a tender moment as both parents held her tiny hands.
“With folded hands and full hearts, we introduce our greatest blessing,” the couple wrote, sharing the name in both English and Hindi.
The announcement follows their earlier joyous update in November last year, when they first announced Parvati’s arrival, coinciding with their fourth wedding anniversary. At that time, they had written, “We are over the moon. God has blessed us with a baby girl… Blessed parents Patralekhaa and Rajkummar.”
A Real-Life Bollywood Love Story
Rajkummar and Patralekhaa’s romance blossomed from the sets of Hansal Mehta’s CityLights in 2014. Their on-screen chemistry soon turned into a lifelong bond. After years of dating, the couple tied the knot in a private ceremony in Chandigarh in November 2021, keeping the celebration intimate and focused on love.
Work and Upcoming Projects
While embracing fatherhood, Rajkummar Rao continues to shine on the professional front. He was last seen in the romantic comedy Bhool Chuk Maaf opposite Wamiqa Gabbi, and earlier starred in the action packed thriller Maalik alongside Prosenjit Chatterjee and Manushi Chhillar.
The actor also has several projects lined up, including producing the Netflix comedy Toaster with Patralekhaa, and portraying famed public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam in an upcoming biopic.
