Valued at approximately ₹250 crore, the lavish residence has been under construction for several years, with the couple frequently seen inspecting the property alongside Ranbir’s mother, veteran actor Neetu Kapoor.

Built on the historic site of the Krishna Raj bungalow, the Kapoor family’s cherished former residence, the six-storey mansion seamlessly blends legacy with contemporary luxury. The property is reported to feature opulent interiors, dedicated entertainment zones, and a beautifully landscaped terrace garden, making it one of India’s most expensive celebrity homes.
