Jammu, 27-04-2026: Under the Constitution Leadership Program, a significant press conference was addressed by the National Spokesperson of the Indian Youth Congress, Ms. Aishwarya Bhadre, at the Congress Office, Shaheedi Chowk, Jammu. The press conference witnessed participation from senior Congress leaders, Youth Congress functionaries, and members of the media, reflecting the growing importance of the initiative in engaging the youth on constitutional values and democratic participation. This program is being carried out under the directions of Indian Youth Congress National President Uday Bhanu Chib and National In-charge Manish Sharma, and is inspired by the vision of Leader of Opposition and a strong advocate of the Constitution, Sh. Rahul Gandhi. The Constitution Leadership Program is a nationwide initiative aimed at fostering awareness about constitutional principles and strengthening democratic values among the youth across India.
The event was attended by prominent leaders including Ved Mahajan (Ex-MLC), Narmata Sharma (Spokesperson PCC), Dipanshu Bhatt (Spokesperson IYC), Anmol Kohli and Gagan Randhawa (Secretaries PYC), and Mehul Abrol (President AYC Jammu East), along with several other Youth Congress workers and supporters. Addressing the media, Ms. Bhadre stated that the primary objective of this initiative is to provide a common platform for youth across the country, including social media activists, local media personnel, journalists, TV influencers, and content creators. She further highlighted that under this campaign, innovative efforts such as “Bahujan Ki Awaaz” and “Phygital Kranti” are being undertaken to connect with young people through both physical outreach and digital engagement. These initiatives aim to raise awareness about constitutional rights and duties, while encouraging youth to participate meaningfully in nation-building processes.
Elaborating on the broader vision of the program, Ms. Bhadre said that the Constitution Leadership Program is not just an awareness drive but a movement to empower young voices and ensure their active involvement in shaping the future of the country.
