NEW DELHI, April 25: The Government of India has accelerated its push for digital governance, urging states to integrate advanced public service delivery platforms under a unified framework. The move aims to streamline citizen services and reduce administrative delays.
Officials said the expansion will include AI-powered grievance redressal systems, digitised land records, and unified identity based service delivery. The initiative builds upon the success of Digital India programmes and seeks to enhance transparency in governance.
Experts believe that this transformation will not only improve service efficiency but also reduce corruption by minimizing human intervention in administrative processes.
