193 Agniveer Recruits Join Army’s Ladakh Scouts Battalion
Passing out parade marks the formal induction of new Agniveers into the elite Ladakh Scouts
LEH, Dec 3 — A total of 193 newly trained Agniveer recruits were formally inducted into the Ladakh Scouts Regiment of the Indian Army during an impressive passing out parade held on Wednesday, a defence spokesperson said.
The ceremony took place at the Ladakh Scouts Regimental Centre in Leh, witnessed by senior military commanders, civil dignitaries and proud family members of the recruits.
The reviewing officer applauded the high standards of discipline and drill displayed during the parade and congratulated the young soldiers on joining one of the Army’s most esteemed regiments. He encouraged the Agniveers to dedicate themselves to the service of the nation and uphold the legacy of the Ladakh Scouts.
