2-day training programme on RTRWH concludes at Udhampur

UDHAMPUR, OCTOBER 10: A two-day long Sensitization cum Training programme for Masons (Construction workers) was today organized by District Administration Udhampur under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Indu Kanwal Chib, concluded here at Jal Shakti Kendra Udhampur.

A large number of masons of the District received training about rooftop rainwater harvesting models and their methodology of installation.

During the training programme, Masons from Rural as well as Urban areas participated in the training session with a lot of enthusiasm.

They have been motivated to adopt low-cost model that could be a game-changer for the whole society as well as could help in rebuilding the nation by mitigating the demand of water after installing the low-cost Rain Water Harvesting structure on all new construction.

Incharge Jal Shakti Kendra, Rakesh Padha, thanked DC Udhampur for overall guidance and support on arranging the successful two-day training programme on Rainwater harvesting.
