Two labourers rescued safely after earth cave-in at Rajouri road construction site
Rajouri/Jammu, Sept 24: Two labourers narrowly escaped after a mound of earth collapsed at a road construction site in Rajouri district, Jammu and Kashmir, officials said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred Tuesday evening at Beri-Pattan near Sunderbani, where the labourers were digging a roadside drain. Fellow workers acted quickly and managed to rescue the trapped men safely, officials added.
No casualties were reported, and the labourers are reportedly in stable condition. Authorities have urged caution at construction sites to prevent similar incidents in the future.
