2024-25 Academic Year Entrance Exams: UGC Unveils CUET-UG, CUET-PG, and NET Schedule

19-09-2023 : The University Grants Commission (UGC) has unveiled the examination schedule for three significant entrance tests – CUET-UG, CUET-PG, and NET – for the upcoming 2024-25 academic session, providing clarity on the dates and timelines for these crucial assessments.

For students aspiring to secure admission to undergraduate courses, the Common University Entrance Test (CUET)-UG has been scheduled to take place from May 15 to May 31, 2024. In a noteworthy development, UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar confirmed that the results of this examination would be officially declared within three weeks of the conclusion of the last test, ensuring swift and transparent communication of outcomes.

Moving on to the postgraduate realm, the CUET-PG is slated to occur from March 11 to March 28, 2024, offering candidates the opportunity to compete for coveted spots in various postgraduate programs.

Lastly, the National Eligibility Test (NET), which holds immense significance for those pursuing careers in academics and research, is scheduled to transpire from June 10 to June 21, 2024. This announcement provides prospective NET examinees with ample time to prepare for this rigorous examination and align their academic and professional aspirations accordingly.
