7 vehicles involved in illegal mining seized in Doda

DODA, DECEMBER 08: Acting tough against Illegal mining in Sub-Division Thathri, a joint team of local administration and Geology and Mining Department seized six Vehicles involved in Illegal Mining.

The team comprising Tehsildar, Sahil Randhawa, District Mining Officer, Sunil Manhas and SHO  Amrit Katoch seized the  vehicles during raids at different locations.

The vehicles seized have been booked under the Mining Act, sending a clear message of strict action to the perpetrators of illegal mining.
