ARTO Kupwara distributes Masks, Sanitizers among Drivers

KUPWARA, DECEMBER 20: Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kupwara, Mukhtar Sofi Saturday distributed masks and sanitizers among sumo drivers of the district hired for the conveyance of Election staff to protect them from the harm of COVID-19.
On the occasion, ARTO said that the Motor Vehicle Department, Kupwara is always committed to the safety and welfare of the transport community of the district and special emphasis is given during the COVID-19 crisis. He asked the driver community to observe covid SOP in their day-to-day activities, especially while ferrying passengers.
Meanwhile, the sumo drivers expressed their satisfaction over the gesture of ARTO.
