MOIL Records Highest Ever October Production in Company’s History
State run manganese producer records 1.60 lakh tonnes in October 2025, marking a 9.1% year on year growth and strong momentum in FY 2026.
Mumbai, Nov 6 : State owned Manganese Ore (India) Limited (MOIL) has achieved its highest ever October production, recording 1.60 lakh tonnes of manganese ore in October 2025 a 9.1% increase compared to the corresponding period last year (CPLY).
In the first seven months of FY 2025–26, MOIL’s cumulative production reached 11.04 lakh tonnes, reflecting an 8.5% year on year growth as the company continues to strengthen its operational performance.
Reaffirming its commitment to exploration, MOIL also achieved its highest-ever exploratory core drilling of 57,275 meters during April–October 2025, underscoring its focus on resource expansion.
Commenting on the performance, Ajit Kumar Saxena, Chairman and Managing Director of MOIL, said, “It is encouraging that the upward trend in production during the first seven months has been maintained. The MOIL team is fully geared up to register yet another impressive performance in the current year.”
With consistent production growth and record exploration activity, MOIL is on track for one of its strongest years in recent history.
