Mexico, Nov 21 : The Miss Universe stage dazzled Bangkok on Saturday night as the 74th edition of the global beauty pageant came to a spectacular close. After weeks of events, photoshoots, and high fashion moments, Mexico’s Fatima Bosch emerged as the new Miss Universe 2025, beating contestants from 121 countries one of the largest participant groups in the pageant’s history.
This year also marked the debut of several new entrants, including Saudi Arabia, Palestine, and Mozambique.
India’s Manika Vishwakarma Reaches Top 12
India’s representative, Manika Vishwakarma, delivered a powerful performance through the preliminary and semifinal rounds. However, her journey ended in the Top 12, leaving her out of the final round contention. The 21-year-old Political Science and Economics student had earlier secured a spot in the Top 30 and carried strong hopes for a deeper finish.
What Does the Miss Universe 2025 Winner Receive?
While the Miss Universe Organization has yet to officially confirm this year’s prize package, industry insiders suggest it mirrors the rewards received by the 2024 titleholder, Victoria Kjær.
