SIA Conducts Raids in Srinagar and Ganderbal Over White Collar Terror Module

Fresh searches target key suspects linked to professionals’ radicalisation and Delhi blast probe

Srinagar, Dec 5: The State Investigation Agency (SIA) of Jammu and Kashmir carried out early morning raids in Srinagar and Ganderbal on Friday as part of its ongoing investigation into the “white-collar” terror module, officials said.

One of the searches took place at the residence of Tufail Bhat in Diyarwani, Batamaloo, Srinagar. Bhat, who was arrested by the SIA last month, is a key suspect in the case.

Officials confirmed that the raids aim to uncover further evidence and links related to the module, which reportedly involves radicalised professionals, including doctors, allegedly connected to the November 10 Delhi blast.

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing, and more details are expected to be released as the SIA progresses with its inquiry.
