BHEL Declares Rs 109.98 Crore Final Dividend for FY 2024-25 to Government of India
Total dividend for FY 2024-25 amounts to Rs 174.10 Crore, presented to Union Minister of Heavy Industries
New Delhi, Dec 16: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has paid a final dividend of Rs 109.98 Crore for the financial year 2024-25 to the Government of India, which holds a 63.17% equity stake in the company.
The dividend cheque was presented by Sh. K. Sadashiv Murthy, Chairman and Managing Director of BHEL, to Sh. H. D. Kumaraswamy, Hon’ble Union Minister of Heavy Industries and Steel, in the presence of Sh. Kamran Rizvi, Secretary (HI). Directors from BHEL and senior officials from the Ministry of Heavy Industries were also present during the occasion.
The total dividend distributed to all shareholders of the company for FY 2024-25 amounts to Rs 174.10 Crore, reflecting BHEL’s strong financial performance and commitment to rewarding its investors.
