Sakeena Itoo extends New Year greetings

JAMMU, DECEMBER 31: Minister for Health and Medical Education, Social Welfare and Education, Sakeena Itoo extended her heartfelt New Year 2026 greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir, expressing hope that the coming year will bring prosperity, and improved wellbeing for all sections of society.

In her greetings, the Minister said that the New Year is a time for renewed optimism and collective resolve to work towards a healthier and more inclusive future. She emphasized on the importance of unity, compassion and shared responsibility in overcoming challenges and building a stronger healthcare system.

Sakeena Itoo highlighted the government’s continued commitment towards responsive and people centric governance, with focus on strengthening and upgrading developmental landscape across length and breadth of Jammu and Kashmir. She expressed confidence that sustained efforts and public cooperation would lead to meaningful progress in every sector in the year ahead.

The Minister also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of entire Jammu and Kashmir.
