NEW DELHI, Mar 31: Ahead of the upcoming West Bengal elections, Indian tennis icon Leander Paes formally joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday, according to party officials.
Paes was inducted into the party in New Delhi in the presence of senior leaders, including Union Minister Kiren Rijiju, marking a significant addition to the BJP’s outreach efforts ahead of the polls.
