BJP’s organizational strength rooted in ideology, discipline, and public service: Sat Sharma

Jammu, 15 May 2026: J&K BJP President and MP (Rajya Sabha) Sat Sharma said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has evolved from a cadre-based ideological movement into the world’s largest democratic political organization because of its unwavering commitment to nationalism, organizational discipline, and service to society. He was addressing the district-level training workshops organized under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026’ by the BJP Jammu Border and Samba district units.

At the Jammu Border district workshop, Sat Sharma was joined by MLAs Garu Ram Bhagat and Rajiv Bhagat, District Prabhari Rajinder Singh Chib, and District President Rinku Choudhary.

Similarly, at the Samba district workshop, Sat Sharma was accompanied by MLAs Chander Prakash Ganga, Surjit Singh Slathia, and Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, BJP Jammu & Kashmir Vice President and District Prabhari Rekha Mahajan, and District President Asha Rani.

Addressing the party activists and office bearers, Sat Sharma said that the BJP’s organizational journey has been built upon the ideological foundations laid by great leaders like Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay, Dr. Shyama Prasad Mookherjee, and Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He said that from the days of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh to the present era under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the party has consistently expanded by staying connected with the aspirations of common people and by prioritizing nationalism above political opportunism.

Sat Sharma said that the training workshops are not merely organizational exercises but an important mission to ideologically strengthen party workers and prepare them for effective public outreach. He said BJP workers must remain disciplined, informed, and socially connected while carrying the message of the Modi government’s achievements to every household.

Speakers addressing various sessions, emphasized that organizational training is essential to maintain ideological clarity, strengthen booth-level structure, and improve coordination between party workers and the public. They said BJP’s strength lies in its dedicated cadre and collective functioning, which differentiates it from dynastic and personality-driven political parties.

District Presidents stressed that the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026’ will further energize party workers at the grassroots level and help build a stronger and more effective organizational network across districts.
