NEW DELHI: India’s men’s hockey team has entered the final phase of preparations ahead of its upcoming FIH Hockey Pro League fixtures, with the coaching staff concentrating on tactical discipline and fitness.
Training sessions have focused on improving penalty corner conversions, defensive organisation and quick transitions, areas considered vital against top-ranked international opponents. Players have also undergone intensive fitness drills to maintain peak performance throughout the campaign.
The coaching group expressed confidence in the squad’s blend of experienced campaigners and young talent, believing the combination can deliver consistent results against elite competition.
