NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Counselling Registration Begins
Medical aspirants can participate in the second round of undergraduate counselling as MCC opens registration for MBBS, BDS and other eligible seats.
NEW DELHI, Sept 4: The Medical Counselling Committee has opened registration for Round 2 of NEET UG 2026 counselling, allowing eligible medical aspirants to compete for seats that remain available after the first round of admissions.
According to the MCC, registration for the second round began on September 3 at 1 PM. Candidates seeking admission through the counselling process can participate through the official MCC portal.
The second phase forms part of the national undergraduate medical admission process covering courses and institutions participating in the counselling system. The MCC has also published updated counselling-related information, including seat details and schedules for the ongoing admission cycle.
Candidates who are eligible to participate should carefully review the applicable counselling rules before submitting their choices. They are also required to complete the registration and choice-related steps within the prescribed schedule.
