Every day in the world’s poorest countries, people die because of a shortage of blood. To solve this problem, we can propagate this message among the people by organizing such types of programs. In India, blood donations are conducted by different social, religious organizations and hospitals through blood donation camps. By donating blood, we can save a family. GDC Dudu Basantgarh also took the initiative to educate the people about the importance of blood donation.
Students of the college participated in the program enthusiastically by making posters of blood donations. The principal of the college Dr. BC Anthal appreciated the efforts of the students and also motivated them to participate in such kinds of activities. He addressed the students that today in the developed world; most blood donors are unpaid volunteers who donate blood for a community supply.
