‘People will teach INC a lesson of life in Punjab Assembly election’
07-01-2022 : Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Kavinder Gupta led a silent protest ‘Congress Ko Sadhbudhi De Bhagwan’, here at Satwari Crossing against India’s oldest party Indian National Congress (INC) for its devious role in disrupting PM Narendra Modi’s scheduled programme in Ferozpur and putting his life into a grave danger.
A large number of activists of BJP sat here at Satwari roundabout to mark their protest against the series of events that shocked the entire nation on Wednesday when the Prime Minister was forced to cancel his Ferozpur visit amid Congress Government’s conspiracy manipulated through a handful of protestors who blocked PM Modi’s cavalcade on the way to the aforesaid city.
Talking to media persons after the protest, Kavinder said that people are best judges and they are observing Congress’ negative role in the national polity. He said that INC will have to pay a heavy price for the misadventure which the party has indulged in Punjab because this will act as the last nail in its coffin as end of party has now become inevitable.
Those who joined the silent protest were include J&K BJP Vice Predident Yudhvir Sethi, Vinay Gupta Jammu District President, Priya Sethi former minister, Pawan Singh, Bharat Bhushan, Narinder Koki, Puran Chand Mehra and Naveen Gupta.
Earlier, Kavinder Gupta participated in a Hawan organized by Gandhi Nagar Constituency here at Durga Mandir in Rampura in context with PM’s security breach issue wherein people prayed for the long life of Narendra Modi.
Addressing the gathering, BJP stalwart leader said that Congress party’s true face been exposed in this ugly episode manipulated by the party which is more inclined towards anti-nationals and has posed a threat to the life of PM Modi through its ‘idiocy’.
Meanwhile, three BJP Corporators namely Raj Kumar Tarkhan, Ajay Gupta and Hardeep Mankotia who filed nominations in the presence of Kavinder Gupta forenoon today were declared elected unopposed as chairpersons of the three committees in the afternoon. He congratulated the newly elected chairpersons and said that the need of time is to set an example in public service by always remaining at the disposal of people to address their concern unabatedly.
