Hir Lal Abrol along with 61 leaders resign from congress

01-09-2022: In a big jolt to the Congress party, senior leader, social worker, and reformer Sh Hira Lal Abrol, today resigned from the primary membership of Congress along with a strong team of 61 leaders in the office of Sh. Hira Lal Abrol in Gandhi Nagar, today. These leaders have submitted their resignation to support their mentor and visionary leader Jenab Ghulam Nabi Azad, who has resigned from all positions of the Congress party to start a new political journey for the benefit of the citizens of Jammu & Kashmir and the people of India. These leaders who hail from various positions in the party and diverse backgrounds have expressed their faith in the leadership of Jenab Ghulam Nabi Azad Ji. They have expressed shock and dismay over the irresponsible treatment that Ghulam Nabi Azad has received from the Congress leadership in response to his lifetime service and loyalty to the Congress party, as per the press note.

Speaking on the occasion, Sh Hira Lal Abrol shared the experiences, that he had in his 50 years of association with the Congress party. He said that sincerity of effort and loyalty have no place in the eyes of lame leadership that persists in the party at present. He added that the previous leaderships were highly responsible, they knew the value of hard-working leaders and their public followings. It is pertinent to mention here that Sh Hira Lal Abrol along with his team have been helping the needy people by providing free technical training and assisting them to secure their future by earning a decent livelihood.
