NSS SMVDU organized competitions in Govt. High School, Sirah

12-09-2022 : NSS SMVDU volunteers organized various writing and oral competitions in Govt. High school, Sirah under the “Vidhyanjali” scheme. The aim of “Vidhyanjali” scheme is to act as a facilitator by connecting contributors directly to the schools. The effort is to bridge the knowledge, skill, and human resource gap in the schools by tapping the potential available outside the schools.

NSS volunteers visit Govt. High School Sirah, and share their knowledge in different skills like writing, oral, cultural and sports, etc. The essay writing competition was organized for 09-10 classes on the importance of a teacher in a student’s life. NSS volunteers also provide feedback on their writing skills, and various oral competitions were also organized.NSS Programme Coordinator, Dr. Rajiv Kumar, thanked school authorities for their support and appreciated the efforts of NSS volunteers for the initiative.
