Jammu,19-10-2020: District Panchayat Election Officer (Deputy Commissioner), Udhampur has issued Notification No. DDEO/U/20/9609 Dated18-10-2020 in terms of Rules 108-A(4) of the Jammu and Kashmir Panchayati Raj 1996 (as amended by S.O. 316 dated 17-10-2020 of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Government of Jammu and Kashmir) immediately after the amendment notification issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India under notification No. S.O.3654(E) dated 16-10-2020.
Wherein it is notified the proposed District Development Council Constituencies along with the territorial limit of each such constituencies for inspection and invite objections if any to the said proposal by or before 23rd October 2020 in writing to the Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.
