BJP’s Star Campaigners for Karnataka Assembly Polls: PM Modi, Union Ministers, and Chief Ministers Lead the Charge
19-04-2023 : The upcoming Karnataka Assembly elections will see a formidable lineup of star campaigners from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President J P Nadda, and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, along with a strong team of Union Ministers. The list of 40 star campaigners released by the party also includes prominent names like Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Nirmala Sitharaman, Smriti Irani, Dharmendra Pradhan, Mansukh Mandaviya, and Pralhad Joshi. Joining them are Chief Ministers Shivraj Singh Chouhan of Madhya Pradesh, Himanta Biswa Sarma of Assam, and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadvavis.
The list of star campaigners for the BJP in Karnataka also features Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Karnataka BJP stalwart B S Yediyurappa, former Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, as well as several Karnataka ministers and state party leaders. With the opposition Congress and JD(S) posing a challenge, the ruling BJP in Karnataka is leaving no stone unturned in its efforts to retain the state in the upcoming elections scheduled for May 10, with results to be declared on May 13.
