Separate Jammu State and Division of Kashmir into 2 UTs only solution for problems in Kashmir
IkkJutt Jammu counters Communal, Divisive Agenda of Gupkar Gang
IkkJutt Jammu Youth Wing today hit the streets and blocked the roads leading to the venue where Gupkar alliance leaders were scheduled to meet. Braving the forces deployed, Yuva IkkJutt karyakartas burned effigy of Gupkar leaders and also articulated well their resentment & opposition to the meeting being held on communal, divisive agenda of Kashmir based leaders. A large section of print and electronic media was present on the scene.
Later in the day, coming down heavily on communal and seditious overtones of recently formed People’s Alliance of Gupkar Declaration (PAGD), Advocate Ankur Sharma, Chairman IkkJutt Jammu called for unity of thoughts amongst the nationalist people and parties of Jammu.
In a one day conclave at its central office, while addressing the volunteers of IkkJutt Jammu along with like-minded members of civil society, Ankur Sharma said that after setting the agenda of hatred based on the idea of establishment of Kashmiri hegemony, the privileged, exploitative lot of Gupkar have come rolling down to Jammu to create fissures amongst the peaceful society with their age-old divisive tactics of meeting people of different caste, creed, and religion in different groups.
Ankur Sharma, while exposing the PAGD tactics wondered whether these leaders meet people back in Kashmir under designated groups of Shias, Sunnis, Ahmadis, or other Scheduled Tribe groups!
Chairman IkkJutt Jammu challenged the Ex-CMs from PAGD to bring a white paper on their treatment of the Jammu Region in the last seven decades in every sphere of the administration. He further questioned them on the treatment meted out to the Jammu region’s culture, heritage, language, and artifacts in last seventy years.
Further questioning their intent, Advocate Ankur Sharma said it is quite normal for these ‘seasonal sympathizers’ to come down packing in winters to their much warmer abodes in Jammu, most of which are built on an illegal piece of forest lands or river beds.
In his concluding remarks, chairman IkkJutt Jammu reiterated his organization’s resolve to fight tooth & nail for the creation of “Separate Statehood Of Jammu” and to further divide Kashmir into two UTs, one for hounded out minorities of Kashmir and the other for the rest of it.
All the delegates present also vowed to fight the communal, divisive agenda of Gupkar elites and thus create a rightful place for Jammu on the national map as a separate State.
