JAMMU, OCT 7: C.R.P.F is one of the most prominent Central Armed Police Forces in the country to assist the State Government and Union Territories in preserving Law and order and Combating insurgency. Due to its unique ability to adapt quickly to various operational requirements and work in perfect ceremony with the State Police, this Force has earned the distinction of being the most accepted Force by the common people and the State administration. Due to these reasons, Today this Force has become the World’s Biggest Para Military Force.
C.R.P.F Women Motor Cycle Campaign-2023 of Jammu & Kashmir Zone started its journey from Lal Chowk, Srinagar on 3rd Oct.2023 and reached today at Hari Niwas Palace, Jammu. Under the able guidance of Sh. Sandeep Khirwar, IPS, IG Jammu Sector and Sh. Rakesh Sethi, DIG Range Jammu. The welcome ceremony is organized by 76 Battalion CRPF under the leadership of Sh. Tarique Hussain Khan, Commandant-76 Battalion at Govt. Hr. Sec. school, Satwari, Jammu.
The chief guest of this program, Sh. Kavinder Gupta (Former Deputy Chief Minister) welcomed and congratulated all the eminent Women & personnel involved in this campaign and said that the history of the CRPF has always been glorious and in this Force not only men but also Women displaying their devotion to duty & efficiency in every corner of the Country. This Women Rally elevates the slogan of Women empowerment across the Country & exhibits the spirit of Unity and will reach Ekta Nagar Gujrat on 31st Oct.
Smt. Nitu, DIG Srinagar Sector, Sh. Tarique Hussain Khan, Commandant-76 Battalion, Smt. Parveen Sangral, President (Muskan Fundation), Smt. Sagun Manchanda, Mission Co-ordinator (District Hub for Empowerment of Women), Sh. Ashok Kumar Sharma, Director of School Education, Sh. Suraj Singh Rathor (Children Education Officer), Smt. Mamta Rajput (District Social Welfare Officer), Local People of Jammu City, Officers & Jawans of 76 Bn CRPF with their Families participated in this program with full zeal and enthusiasm. After the successful completion of the program, the CRPF Women Motor cycle rally went to the historical “AMAR MAHAL”, Hari Palace, Jammu, and acquainted with the importance of the Mahal.
