Rekha met with JMC Commissioner, Rahul Yadav, and other officials 

Jammu, 16 Nov: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan meets with Jammu Municipal Corporation Commissioner Rahul Yadav, Xen JMC Arun Kumar, Health officer Dr.Vinod Sharma, AEE mechanical SP Singh other senior officers and engineers of JMC. Rekha apprised the dilemmas being faced by the public in Jammu South. She underlined that during the party “Booth Jan Samvaad” direct relationship with the general populace, public outreach program, and common masses face many troubles in context with the repair of street lights, sanitation, and other related issues in the meeting and examined the difficulties which are being encountered by the general populace of Jammu South. To review the pace of ongoing development and allied works in Jammu South. The officials informed the Rekha Mahajan of various initiatives taken by the Jammu Municipal Corporation.

Rekha Mahajan debated in length various issues related to the common masses. She encouraged for time-bound completion of the ongoing works to provide better amenities to the people. Rekha said that it’s an urgent need to repair streetlights in different areas and also need the installation of new streetlights in different locations. Rekha prompted the health officer for regular fogging and also appealed to the general public to take all the precautionary measures to prevent the threat of Dengue. She asked the concerned officials to spread awareness among the masses regarding the precautions against the fatal disease.

Rekha asked the officials to reach out to the people and take all the requisite measures for the redressal of their grievances. Rekha Mahajan admired the work done by the department in recent times and asked them to keep up the good work for the advancement of the public at large.

Jammu Municipal Corporation Commissioner Rahul Yadav gave attention to all the problems patiently addressed by BJP District President Jammu South Rekha Mahajan and admitted that there is a need to improve many things.

Arun Kumar gave on-the-spot directions to concerned officers to repair the lights in different areas at the earliest in a phased manner.
