Srinagar, 03-03-2024 : Apni Party President Altaf Bukhari has called upon the administration to extend compensation to individuals grappling with substantial losses following the recent onslaught of rainfall and gusty windstorms across various regions of Jammu and Kashmir. Bukhari stressed the imperative of promptly dispatching official teams to conduct comprehensive assessments of the damage incurred in the affected locales.
Over the past two days, fierce winds and heavy downpours have inflicted property damage in numerous parts of Jammu and Kashmir, exacerbating the plight of residents already grappling with adverse weather conditions.
Expressing profound concern, Bukhari lamented the havoc wreaked by the inclement weather, highlighting the extensive damage sustained by countless homes, orchards, and trees. He urged the administration to swiftly intervene, offering essential aid and ensuring adequate compensation for those affected by the calamitous events.
