Adani Enterprises Acquires Trade Castle Tech Park for Rs 231.34 Crore

AdaniConneX acquires 100% stake in TCTPPL, expanding infrastructure footprint and accelerating India’s national data centre platform.

Mumbai, Dec 03 : Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL) announced on Tuesday that it has completed a Rs 231.34 crore acquisition of Trade Castle Tech Park Pvt Ltd (TCTPPL), an infrastructure developer holding significant land parcels and necessary licences for development.

According to a stock exchange filing, AdaniConneX Pvt Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture between Adani Enterprises and data centre operator EdgeConneX, executed the acquisition. Through this transaction, TCTPPL has become a step down joint venture of AEL.

The share purchase agreement was signed on November 21, 2025, with TCTPPL’s existing shareholders, Shree Naman Developers and Jayesh Shah, transferring full ownership to AdaniConneX.

TCTPPL, incorporated in India and registered in Mumbai on October 16, 2023, is focused on infrastructure development activities. Although it has not yet commenced commercial operations, its land holdings and secured licences provide AdaniConneX a strategic head start in infrastructure projects.

AdaniConneX is a joint venture established to develop a 1 GW national data centre platform over the next decade. The company already operates data centres across Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Pune, and Hyderabad, strengthening Adani’s presence in India’s growing data infrastructure sector.
