AICC JK Affairs Rajni Patil for mass promotion of students in Jammu

Jammu, July 16- AICC Incharge JK affairs Smt. Rajni Patil has urged the  Lt. governor Manoj Sinha to direct the authorities to concede the demand of the aggrieved candidates if class 10th who are seeking mass promotion like in various states of the country.

A delegation of the aggrieved students met the AICC leader Smt Rajni Patil and JKPCC President Shri G A Mir in the presence of senior leaders of JKPCC and NSUI  and narrated their issues especially the demand for mass promotion. The aggrieved students explained they are agitating in a peaceful manner but their movement is crushed and are not allowed to takeout peaceful protests. The authorities are ignoring their genuine demand for mass promotion like in various States and in the Kashmir region.

The AICC leader assured to take up their demand with the Hon’ble Lt governor.

She said that Maharashtra State too has granted mass promotion to students and the UT administration of J and K should also consider the demand of students of Jammu.

Former Minister Raman Bhalla, Chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, Former minister Yogesh Sawhney, Kanta Bhan, Manmohan Singh, and NSUI leader Ajay Kumar were present on the occasion.
