New Delhi, Jan 28 : A charter aircraft carrying Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar made a crash landing in Baramati on Wednesday morning, according to officials. The incident occurred around 8:45 am while the plane was en route from Mumbai.
Initial reports confirmed that Ajit Pawar was on board at the time of the emergency landing. Authorities rushed to the location soon after the incident, and assessment of the situation is currently underway.
Images circulating on social media show the damaged aircraft at the landing site. Officials are yet to release further details regarding the cause of the incident.
