Andhra Pradesh CM Pays Visit to Tirupati Temple to Mark Grandson’s Birthday
CM’s family donates Rs 44 lakh for Annadanam; Naidu interacts with devotees and highlights TTD’s AI-driven initiatives
Tirupati, Mar 21: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu visited the Sri Venkateswara Temple on Saturday to celebrate his grandson Devansh’s birthday, accompanied by his family, officials said.
Following the temple visit, Naidu and his family proceeded to the Matrusri Tarigonda Vengamanba Annadana complex, where they served food to devotees. The family contributed Rs 44 lakh to cover one day’s Annadanam expenses, marking their 12th donation for the temple’s free meal program.
During his visit, the CM interacted with devotees, inquiring about the quality of laddus and prasadam. Devotees requested a faster darshan experience, to which Naidu responded that the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) plans to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) to expedite darshan. He also mentioned that the temple body has set up an integrated command control centre for the convenience of pilgrims.
Naidu’s visit reflects his ongoing engagement with temple administration and welfare activities, combining personal celebration with public service initiatives.
