UDHAMPUR, NOVEMBER 30: An anti-tobacco signature campaign was conducted during the final match of an ongoing cricket tournament at Kirchi, Dudu.
The campaign, led by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Dudu, aimed to spread awareness about the harmful effects of tobacco and narcotic drugs.
Earlier, SDM Dudu inaugurated the Anti-Tobacco and anti-drugs signature Campaign under the slogan, “We need to burn calories daily, not tobacco.”
While addressing the gathering, he emphasized the importance of sports in building a healthy nation and urged the youth to stay away from tobacco and other harmful substances.
The final match was played between Kirchi Royals and Chenani Warriors, attracting a large crowd of enthusiastic locals from Dudu and Kirchi.
Prominent persons and residents actively participated in the signature campaign.
The SDM Dudu also delivered a message to the youth, encouraging them to prioritize health and adopt an addiction free lifestyle.
