About the film

In ‘Assi’, Taapsee essays the role of advocate Raavi, who represents a survivor in a sexual assault case. The courtroom drama features a seasoned cast including Revathi, Manoj Pahwa, Seema Pahwa, Kumud Mishra, Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Kani Kusruti. Veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah appears in a special role.
